The majority of our gear is kept in stock and ships in 1–5 days. Some items are made to order and take 4–8 days to ship. Domestic orders ship either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size of your order.

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that if your order comes back to us via “return to sender”, your shipping costs were spent shipping the order and are non-refundable.

International shipping

International orders are subject to customs charges by your country, which are your responsibility. Please do your research prior to ordering so you aren’t surprised! Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. If your package has not arrived by the four month mark, we will refund 50% of your purchase total. The shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Missing package?

We are not responsible for missing packages that have been marked delivered to your address, but we do want to help you get your order! If your order is missing and you're in the US, try this:

Call USPS (877) 876 2455 and ask to speak to an agent. Explain the situation, provide your tracking number and be sure to ask for GPS tracking. They should be able to find out exactly where your order was delivered. If your package was delivered to the wrong address, USPS will try to retrieve it.
