The majority of our gear is kept in stock and ships in 1–5 days. Some items are made to order and take 4–8 days to ship. Domestic orders ship either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the size of your order.
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that if your order comes back to us via “return to sender”, your shipping costs were spent shipping the order and are non-refundable.
International shipping
International orders are subject to customs charges by your country, which are your responsibility. Please do your research prior to ordering so you aren’t surprised! Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. If your package has not arrived by the four month mark, we will refund 50% of your purchase total. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Missing package?
We want to help you get your order! If your package has been marked delivered to your address but you haven’t seen it, please get in touch. We’ll file a claim with USPS and keep you posted on its progress.
