Buying clothing online can be tricky and we’re here to help. If you need to make an exchange, please send us a message within five days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within one week. You cover the cost of shipping items back to us, we cover the cost going back to you.
If you would like to return your order, please let us know within one week and ship it back to us within 14 days. There is a 20% restocking fee on returns and the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.
Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.
