Returns + Exchanges

Buying clothing online can be tricky and we’re here to help. If you need need to make an exchange, please send us a message within five days of receiving your order and ship it back to us within one week. You cover the cost of shipping items back to us, we cover the cost going back to you.

If you would like to return your order, please let us know with one week and ship it back to us within 14 days. There is a 20% restocking fee on returns and the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Thank you for understanding.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

The majority of items are kept in stock and ship in 1–5 days. Some items are made to order and take 4–8 days to ship. Domestic orders ship either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of your item(s).

International orders are subject to customs charges by your country, which are your responsibility. Please do your research prior to ordering so you aren’t surprised! Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control. If your package has not arrived by the four month mark, we will refund of 50% of your purchase total. The shipping cost will not be refunded. 

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that if your order comes back to me via “return to sender”, your shipping costs were spend shipping the order and are non-refundable.
